Dr. Rajanique Modeste is a distinguished Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in organizational development and human capital management, primarily within the government contracting sector. As the President and Founder of Vestigia Organizational Strategies, LLC, Dr. Modeste leads a consultancy dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness through leadership development, strategic planning, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
Dr. Modeste's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University, a Master's degree in Counseling, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She is also a Board Certified Coach (BCC), underscoring her commitment to professional excellence.
In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Modeste serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland, College Park, and Carolina University, where she imparts her extensive knowledge in I-O Psychology, Performance Management, and Organizational Change to graduate students.
