To submit a proposal online for the 2025 F/SEA Conference, held virtually from May 21-23, 2025, you will be required to submit the following materials. Please take a few moments to ensure that you have the necessary materials prepared to complete the proposal form. 

  • Main Presenter and Contact Information (name, title, institution, address, city, state, zip, phone, and email)

    • Co-Presenter Information, if applicable (name, email, and institution).

  • Presentation Title

  • Preferred Format 1st, 2nd, and 3rdChoices (Breakout session (30mins), Roundtable discussion (45mins), or Virtual Poster Session)

  • Main Topic the Presentation Addresses (choose only 1)

    • "Culturally Responsive Teaching Strategies"

    • "Engaging Students in Virtual and Hybrid Classrooms"

    • "Designing Effective Rubrics for Authentic Assessment"

    • "Game On: Transforming Learning, Engagement, and Assessment Through Gamification"

    • "Bridging the Gap Between Engagement and Assessment: Perspectives from Faculty and Students"

    • "Leveraging Technology to Enhance Engagement and Measure Learning Outcomes"

    • "Empowering Students Through Co-Creation of Course Content"

    • "Using Artificial Intelligence to Personalize Learning Experiences"

    • "Data Visualization for Communicating Assessment Results"

Feel free to submit a topic that is complementary to the topics listed.

  • Be sure to include an Abstract for the virtual program guide (100 words or less)

  • Extended Description (1-2 pages) that includes 3-5 learning outcomes for the presentation and describes how participants will be involved in achieving these outcomes.

Invited speakers will be afforded a 50% discount on general registration fees!
