Melody C. Gratic, M.A. Ed, CDP®, is the CEO and Founder of XcelMil, LLC, an executive management consulting firm specializing in leadership development, change management, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). With a distinguished 24-year career in the United States Army, Melody has honed her expertise in operations, training management, and small group instruction. ​

Melody's academic credentials include a Master of Educational Leadership in Administration from Trident International University. She is a certified John Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker, renowned for her ability to connect with diverse, multicultural, and multigenerational audiences. ​

Under her leadership, XcelMil, LLC, partners with government, commercial, private, non-profit organizations, and small businesses to provide exceptional services in executive coaching, corporate training, administrative services, and DEIB initiatives. Melody's commitment to servant leadership is evident in her active involvement with organizations such as the Federally Employed Women Society for Diversity and The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. ​
